It's considered a selling point, the fact that you DON'T profit from a sign up. Meaning YOU only make money if your new recruit makes money, putting the onus on you to support them. While that's great for the new recruit, is it really such a good thing for you?
Here's the issue I see...
You spend time, energy and enthusiasm with each new recruit, but distributor retention rate is low, you make zero from a sign up and very few will actually do anything. A lot of hard graft on your part can result in very little...
'Pesos in your pocket'
The other side of the coin...
You profit from said deal, usually meaning its a higher joining fee, it qualifies the serious as they are willing to lead with the wallet. You make some decent upfront Peso whether your new recruit builds an empire or a dung pile.
I say the onus is still on YOU though...
New distributors tend to be a little more serious if they have parted with larger figures and chances are they have thought it through in more detail. If you lead them and show the way you'll not only make the upfront money, but earn a tidy residual as well.
While an up-front commission means you have a legitimate crack at making decent money without taking years...

It paves the way for abuse!
Some people get greedy, this model gives them the opportunity to tell potential clients...
'what they want to hear'
...just to get them to sign on the dotted line and part with their hard earned cash under the false pretence that some 'tinternet gooroo' will 'teach them exactly how to make $50,000/mo from home' only to discover that they are left to find their own way.
Profit from the good in both.
Both models offer advantages and I say you should profit from both. If you're not collecting upfront commissions, chances are you're enthusiasm will fade fast, off into insignificance long before you get past a couple hundred bux a month or even turn a profit at all.
'Operation Evolution' lays out how to turn YOU insanely profitable. Come inside and take a peek at how to start profiting from the advantages instead of dealing with the disadvantages.
Here's where to go next
See you inside, I will have the kettle on ;)
