Just about every mickey mouse model we see out there has 'wannabeez' prancing about pretending to be leaders and top producers but they've never made a buck. (it happens al the time in the MLM/Network Marketing world)
Be careful
See the amount of 'success coaches', leaders, consultants and mentors popping up like puppets in a punch and judy show? Seems like every marketer and their dog can teach you how to make money online and how to generate leads and sales.
We have the...
- Success coach with no success
- Money coach who's made no money
- And the dude with the awesome system which *guarantees* you endless amounts of leads but he hasn't generated...
any.Freekin.LEADS! (sorry for shouting) :P
Be sure your leaders ALREADY have the results you want or it's a case of the blind leading the blind.
So what's the answer? I'll come to that in a minute, but first...
Imagine you wanted to learn to play the geetar. You search for a tutor, pay him/her money and they would teach you how to play. What if you paid your money only to find out the tutor had never played a geetar in their life?
I reckon you'd be like 'wtf dude, you say you're a geetar tutor but you don't know how to play?'
The facts
- Less than 1 in 1000 people will ever make 6 figures in this industry.
- 90% of all business will fail within the first 5 years (entrepreneur magazine)
- OVER 30,000,000 (yes million) Americans have either attempted Network marketing or are currently involved in the industry.
Sadly, 90% make less than $10 a week :(
70,000,000 (yes million) Americans plan to start their own business in the next 3 years (Forbes magazine) Both Trump and Kiyosaki say that if they were to start over again they would build their fortunes in THIS industry. Oh, and Buffet bought a few network Marketing companies last year.
Why does everyone think this is an industry of easy-riches when most are failing dismally?
Entrepreneurs are lured in with dreams of riches and easy pesos, less work, more free time, nice cars and lifestyle.
Yet the vast majority will fail!
Unless you surround yourself with a group of people who can share the common denominators of their success with you, you're dead in the water.
The typical home-bizniz newcomer thinks success is all about a shiny new product and jumping on the bandwagon at the right time, *get in on the groundfloor* lolz
Products don't make money, selling the freekin things does!
- Have a product worth SELLING
- Learn how to SELL it
- Learn how to generate endless leads to SELL it to
Notice a recurring theme here? Money is made ONLY by the selling of products. If you don't know how to market and sell, you're in trouble before you even get out the traps.
See, this is an industry of marketing and promotion, pursued mostly by people who have no idea how to market or promote.
'gooroos' have been WRONGLY teaching for waaay too long now to position yourself as an expert so people buy from you. ie, bullshit people into believing you know what you're talking about.
STOP trying to teach shhiiyyatt you have no idea about and learn how to freekin sell stuff.
Just like the geetar player, learn how to play. Then if you must pursue 'teaching' you have some actual skills worth teaching to others.
Bingo wings and onion rings
See ya on the inside
