ok, I know I promised to send you some writing tips today but something else has been playing on my mind recently and events tonight made me wan't to write about it.

I PROMISE, I will deliver for you, some great writing tips in tomorrows email :)

So, I was out for dinner with my lady earlier and this little kid, couldn't have been older than about 7, made his mum eat humble pie.

So what's been playing on my mind recently?

I look around and see the state of the economy, so many people have no direction, have little to no understanding of finances and I don't want to say it but they make things sooooo complicated for themselves.

As a kid you think adults are automatically right, they know best, you trust them but now I'm older I look around and see sooo many adults who don't really have a clue what is going on. Broke, drifting along. Very few people I know study anything to improve themselves. Life just happens to them.

A family came in and sat at the table next to us. I over heard the mum asking the little dude what he would like to eat.

"I wan't the buffet mum"

"You can't" she said, there is no buffet tonight. They argued back and forth for some time until the mum eventually told the little kid to show her. Now, I had walked past a couple times already and I knew there WAS a kids buffet on.

She came back with her tail between her legs and the little kid was soon tucking into his BUFFET!

Ok, so this is not a life or death kinda matter but it gets my point across!

Be extremely careful who you ask for advice, it's something that is freely given but most of it isn't worth paying much attention to.

Its the same situation when you start in a home business, you just think the gooroos have your best interests at heart, you just assume they know and of course, you listen to them when they tell you to buy whatever it is they are trying to sell you.

If you don't do what they tell you then how dya expect to live the dream life they advertise??? lolz

What a crock of shit!

One gooroo says something and it filters down, all the (in Ben Settles words) gooroo fan boys start shouting the same thing for 2 reasons...

1 - It came from a gooroo, it must be true

2 - They want to be just like their favourite super hero

It's taken me years to cut through all the crap and find out who is worth listening to, believe me the list is small.
