Guy gets on a mission to make the girl his, harasses her, smothers her and before long, she's like, no way dude, you're a weirdo, I'm outta here.
Sounds a bit like most home business's huh?
So desperate for a sale, they talk the prospect to death on the phone and, well...
f**k it up!
I used to be said person. So nervous for various reasons.
It's a hard thing to master, some people just have it, others will never have it. I'm gonna try my best to help you into the frame of mind to close sales all day.
Yesterday we talked about marketing, mainly the landing page but what do you do with people after they optin to your site and start to move through your sales process?
Force a desired action
You have one goal in mind, to get people to take a desired action. Could be the action is the actual sale or to separate the lookers from the buyers. I use a paid application but if your new, you will probably want to use a free survey and get as much people to fill it as possible, then you can practice calling them.
With a higher priced product, people will more than likely need to talk before sending a large sum of money.
The survey
Its crucial you structure the survey with questions you want the answer to, so you can control the conversation the way you want to. You MUST know details of their pain. Exactly why do they want your solution!
Lets pretend you got lead flow taken care of or at least some people who have raised their hand to say, hey bro, hit me up, I need your help.
I suggest you get an assistant to arrange your meetings for you. You don't want to be chasing people. Think outside the box here, wink wink :D
On the call
You should remember the call's all about the PROSPECT, not you. Get them talking all about themselves, their hobbies, their family, their goals and dreams and most importantly...
The pain they're suffering from.
This is them telling you how bad they want your solution!
They sell themselves on why they need it.
Then you have all the ammo you need to ask for the sale.

Ask For The Sale!
Remember, they want exactly what you have to offer. Once they are crying on the phone, begging you to help them, hahaha, ask them how they would like to pay. Initiate the sale.
You may or may not be met with resistance, refer them back to the pain they're suffering from.
You hold the gold my friend, not the prospect. Of course you want the sale, but don't need the sale, even if you're broke.
He who cares least, holds the power!
